Sales Tax
Pure Baby Joy is located in Ohio and merchandise bought and/or received in Ohio is, by law, subject to Ohio Sales Tax.
Shipping
I ship our products by USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
- For orders under $20.00, shipping is $2.15
- For orders $20.01 - $50.00, shipping is $3.75
- For orders $50.01 - $99.00, shipping is $5.40
- For any orders $100 or more within the United States, shipping is free.
If the post office attempts to deliver your package or you do not pick up your package from the post office, I will NOT be responsible for honoring ANY refund. NO exceptions.
Please note that Pure Baby Joy uses PayPal as our credit card and direct payment merchant/processor. Due to increases in fraudulent activity on the internet, we will only ship to the address associated with the Paypal account. Please make sure that your address listed with PayPal is current and correct.
International customers (including Canada and Mexico)
At this time, I do not ship outside the United States. We will ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Military FPO's.
Insurance/Delivery Confirmation
I recommend purchasing insurance on your packages. However, insurance is not standard. If you would like insurance, please choose this option when checking out. I cannot be held responsible for packages once they have shipped. If you have not purchased insurance and your package is lost, we accept no responsibility for replacement.
Returns
My goal is for you, my customer, to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However to keep costs down the following policies apply to all returns: I do not accept "cancelled" orders. All orders are final and subject to the policies outlined on this page once they are placed and paid for.
I will accept any unused/unwashed/resealable products back within 14 days from the date that you received your order. I can not under any circumstances accept anything that has been used or washed. I will sometimes buy back an item that has been used or washed, but that is handled under separate policy and you will receive less than the full price for any washed or used item. - I cannot accept any returned items that smell of cigarette smoke, heavy perfumes, or any other odors; these will be returned to you at your cost.
- On acceptable returns you may choose between store credit/exchange or a refund. Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee on a store credit or exchange.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping (anything over $100.00 or during a special promotion period), original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- If you would like store credit or an even exchange please do not checkout through the website. Please e-mail me with the products that you would like as an exchange for your return. If you do checkout through the website that will become a new order and subject to the restocking fee for a refund.
- If you are exchanging a product for store credit or an even exchange you will be responsible for all shipping fees. I will charge you actual shipping and will send you an e-mail with the shipping costs.
- I will not accept coupon codes or voucher codes on exchanges or store credit.
- Clearance and Used Items may not be returned.
- Defective items are generally handled by the manufacturer. Please contact me (either by e-mail or phone) as soon as possible to notify me of any defect so that arrangements can be made for a replacement item. You may need to return the defective item before a replacement is sent out to you.
Payments
I accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. I accept checks and money orders, but if paying by check or money order, your shipment will not be sent until the funds have cleared the bank. All checks or money orders will be verified prior to shipping with the issuing bank or financial institution.
